Question 1

Who is FrameWhistle for?

Accepted Answer

FrameWhistle is intended for U.S. retail operators and is designed to make use of cameras they already have.

Question 2

Can I use the cameras already installed in my stores?

Accepted Answer

Using existing cameras is the intended approach. Supported camera protocols and test feeds have not been provided, so compatibility with any particular camera system has not been confirmed.

Question 3

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Create an account through the existing FrameWhistle signup flow. Account creation does not confirm camera compatibility or paid-service readiness.

Question 4

Can FrameWhistle monitor my cameras live?

Accepted Answer

Live monitoring availability has not been confirmed. Supported camera protocols and test feeds have not been provided, so we cannot confirm camera connections or live monitoring for any system.

Question 5

Are pricing and paid checkout ready?

Accepted Answer

No. Pricing and paid checkout are not ready. Pricing or checkout screens elsewhere on the site are not confirmation that paid FrameWhistle service is available.
